Buying and selling a home is likely the largest transaction of our lifetime and can be stressful without the guidance and knowledge of a qualified Real Estate professional. My career in Real Estate began in the Puget Sound region of the Pacific Northwest where homes could sit on the market for years and where half a neighborhood could be in foreclosure at the same time. Proper Marketing meant everything to the successful sale of a home and it is that experience that I’ll bring to the marketing of your home in Flagstaff. I will make it my personal goal to maximize your home’s exposure to attract the best offers.
When I bought my first home, my Real Estate agent convinced me that it was MY JOB to find the home and that his only role was to negotiate once I found a property that I liked. He sent me to a website to search through endless listings and waited for me to call him. In the end, he did negotiate for me but never once offered his knowledge of the area or to find out about my needs to help point me to what could have been a better home.
Flagstaff has so much to offer to so many varied needs. I will spend our time together finding out about YOU so that I can help you search for the perfect home to fit your needs and then negotiate the best deal.
I offer you this pledge: to answer my phone, your texts and emails. I will stay in daily communication with you to keep you updated throughout the process. I will apply all 10+ years of my Real Estate experience to market your home and negotiate on your behalf and treat your transaction as though it was my own purchase or sale.
Flagstaff is our home. My family and I realized how important it was to move back to the Southwest to be close to our families. My husband suggested a wonderful little college town in the pines where he had lived during his twenties and gave me the tour. We fell in love with Flagstaff, AZ and we have trouble imagining a better place to spend our days, raise our children or to call “home”.
